When part of an organ or tissue in the body (such as a loop of intestine) pushes through an opening or weak spot in a muscle wall, it can protrude into a space where it does not belong. This protrusion is a hernia, which may look like a bulge or lump. Some babies are born with various small openings inside the body that will close at some point. Nearby tissues can squeeze into such openings and become hernias. Unlike hernias seen in adults, these areas are not always considered a weakness in the muscle wall, but a normal area that has not yet closed. My main symptom these days is the dull testicle pain on the left side upper top. Sometimes, I do not have any symptoms at all and almost never when I am working out. But for a month now, I know it is there and it is annoying and the last two days, I feel like the dull pain is slightly greater at times in the left testicle. Again, I am not one to run to the doctor. Anything, I have ever had has gone away if I gave it time. The pain/discomfort is not that great but it has been at least a month. After doing a tonne of research on the internet, I have seen so many conditions where my symptoms fit but none that pinpoint just a few symptoms I mentioned. Sorry for the long winded query but what are your initial thoughts? And do you have any follow up questions for me?

Sorry it has been a while I have been recovering. On the day I was taken to a room where there were the two women who would carry out the kicks and 5 other women who wanted to watch. I was surprised by how respectful they were during the whole thing. I took off my clothes and was tied up with my legs apart. The two women wore active wear/ yoga pants and took it in turns kicking my balls. The kicks were firm and painful but not full force. They wanted the torture to last. The women swapped regularly so they did not tire out and kept me in constant pain. I was amazed at how painful the punishment was and it just kept getting more painful. My testicles swelled up to double there size and I could feel ripping pain inside them. I screamed at first but after a while I was still with pain. The swelling in my testicle has reduced significantly and isnt as painful as before and pain in my hip/lower abs has reduced as well. I have also been able to run at least 3 miles now without intense pain.
